About 

Daughter, sister, wife, mama, friend, teacher and lawyer, of all these titles Mama is the one i am most proud of. It was therefore only fitting that i title this blog Torens Mama.

I was born in Mauritius, raised in Botswana and now live in Pretoria. Our journey to creating the family we have now is filled with near misses some comical, some sad. Yet here we stand, a Mauritian Creole and a South African Venda creating our own traditions and cultures.
